​What better way to welcome the return of light, color, and fresh energy than by stepping into spring together? Join Buds on the Move for a Spring Welcome Walk as we gently release the heaviness of winter and usher in the season of growth, renewal, and possibility.

​We’ll gather at The Travel Agency’s SoHo location, where our walk will be fueled by FLAMER, and take a moment to honor what we’ve moved through. Before setting off, walkers will be invited into a mindful reflection activity, writing down one challenge or adversity faced this winter that you overcame, and one intention you’re calling in for spring.

​From there, we’ll stroll together toward the West Side Highway, letting the fresh air and movement do their magic, and end at Nelson Rockefeller Park. Once we arrive, we’ll sprawl out on blankets and settle into a low-stakes, optional sharing circle. A space to reflect, listen, and dream forward with your buds.
