To ensure a smooth and successful activation, please review and follow the guidelines below:
Coordination
Please contact Richard at (212) 510-8711 or events@newamsterdam.nyc at least 48 hours in advance to coordinate promotions and logistics.
Promotions (Required)
All pop-ups must include a customer promotion, such as a discount or bundle. • Promotions must run for the full day of the activation. • We will no longer approve pop-ups without a promotion or activation component.
Sampling Policy
Brands are not permitted to give samples to customers or budtenders. All product distribution must go through METRC compliance.
Setup
Please remember to bring your own table and any necessary setup materials for your pop-up.
These requirements are mandatory for all pop-ups. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to a successful activation.
