in order to thrive in any industry, it’s important to be resourceful. at FLAMER we constantly strive to find creative solutions to our challenges. as a young brand with a small, but mighty team, we take pride in being able to do a lot with a little. we work together and keep open minds when it comes to problem solving and solution building

FLAMER is a queer-owned and operated brand and queerness is inherently irreverent. the ability to live in authenticity, outside of the constraints of the social “norm” allows our team to think and operate differently. while many of us are also artists, or creatives in some respect, FLAMER is for everyone (of legal use age of course)! we value honesty, transparency and measure success by our impact more so than our income
JOY
at the heart of everything we do, there is joy. this product has allowed so many to come together, connect, and explore social and creative ventures with a silly/goofy disposition. we’re mindful that though we may be in many nightlife spaces, there are many ways to enjoy our product. whether you’re out with friends, or having a quiet night in, we want to help facilitate joy and hope you “have fun!”

FLAMER thrives on collaborative efforts. our team and founders are from a multitude of backgrounds and often find ways to work with artists, organizers, industry and community members to help uplift voices of diverse perspectives. we can only move forward if we are adapting new mindsets and understand that oftentimes the best ideas can come from the most unexpected places :~)
