about FLAMER

FLAMER is a queer owned and operated cannabis brand committed to providing high-quality, sustainably-grown products. founded in 2020 by a group of friends and cannabis enthusiasts, we have dedicated ourselves to sourcing the finest strains, cultivating them with care, and bringing them to the legal New York market. we are committed to supporting the queer, artist and activist communities and are proud to be a part of the growing movement for equality and representation in the industry ;)

the opportunity

we’re looking to spread FLAMER’s agenda. you’ll be an early member of a leading New York cannabis brand, helping us expand into new regions. your mission will be to get FLAMER rolling papers into new stores (like dispensaries, smoke-shops, or other stores that sells novelty items) and to increase the awareness of our brand through events and/or collaborations with local creatives in your area.

how does it work?

when you become a FLAMER brand ambassador, you will have access to a selection of graphic assets (PDFs of our wholesale menus, design files of logos, banners, etc) as well as some swag (like stickers and pins) that can be used when promoting FLAMER within your region. you will also receive a ‘cheat sheet’ on sales tactics and further instructions as to how to approach getting FLAMER rolling papers into a shop’s shelves. it’s as easy as having them answer this wholesaler form.

what are the expectations?

you must be someone who loves interacting with people and building relationships. you must be someone who follows through and is reliable & responsible.

what are the requirements?

you MUST be 21+.
you will need excellent communication, organization, selling and negotiating skills.
you are required to have a valid driver's license and car for this job (unless you live in a city that has good public transport).

how much do I get paid + when?

commissions start at 10% of sales. all sales you make are tracked for 30 days. payments are made monthly net 30 for the previous month.
